Our factory is both ISO9001 and QS9000 certified. They were also one of the first piston factories to adopt the T.Q.M. (Total Quality Management) quality control system. Under this system they perform several quality control measurements and tests while piston production is underway.
The picture to the left is a master cam and piston checking machine. The factory utilizes this machine to check the profile and taper of all prototype samples and a designated percentage of the production run against the piston specifications.
Other quality control procedures include, but are not limited to, all internal and external measurements, hardness check, roughness check of oil retention grooves, and tolerances of piston to pin, etc.
